On Friday, December 8, 2023, Andrea D. Hand passed away too soon for those who were blessed to have her in their lives. She was a beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend. Andrea was a devoted “Mom” to her fur-babies. To those who knew her best, she embodied love and kindness.
Andrea was beautiful inside and out. She had a contagious big smile and gorgeous, expressive big brown eyes. She was known for her caring and empathetic heart, her kind and thoughtful spirit, independent and determined nature, her tender and compassionate attitude, her helpful and strong work ethic, and her sensitive, passionate character. Andrea made an impact on so many lives. She was intelligent, as well as creative, and she enjoyed her flowers.
Ever loved and sadly missed, rest in peace, our beloved Andrea.

Andrea and I worked at the Carmike Cinemas 8 in Altoona for a little over a year before I moved to California. Her smile and friendship were always a source of comfort and hearing of her passing is devastating news. Rest in peace, dear Andrea. You are missed.

Extremely saddened with her passing, She would stop with her dog and say hi, when she lived in the neighborhood. Your ray of happiness will be missed here on earth.
