Obituary For Donna Mae McIntire

Donna Mae McIntire May 30, 1939-Dec. 30, 2021

Donna Mae McIntire, 82, Altoona, passed away Thursday at UPMC Lock Haven. She was born in Altoona, the daughter of the late Donald and Marietta (Thomas) Gearhart. Donna is survived by a son: Robert McIntire of Hollidaysburg; her daughters: Denise (Bill) Lloyd of Duncansville, Eileen Johnson (Ronald Miller) of Coalport, Maureen (Dennis) Barnhart of Lock Haven and Victoria McIntire (Kyle Stoner) of Shermansdale; nine grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; two brothers: Robert (Patricia) Gearhart of Duncansville and David (Karen) Cerully of Lakemont; two sisters: Kathleen Hann of Lakemont and Patricia Robinette of Florida; and a multitude of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two grandchildren: Daniel Ingram and Matthew Metzgar. Donna was a 1957 graduate of Altoona High School. She was a member of Altoona Bible Church where she volunteered, cooked and took care of the kitchen for many years. She was also a member of the Juniata VFW Auxillary. Donna loved cooking and spending time with her family. Friends will be received from 9-11 am on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Altoona Bible Church, 3017 Union Ave., Altoona, Pa. 16602 with a funeral service following at 11:00 am with Pastor Stewart McClelland. Interment will be held at Blair Memorial Park. The family asks that contributions be made in Donna’s memory to: Altoona Bible Church, 3017 Union Ave., Altoona, Pa. 16602.
