Gerald A. Karp Aug. 12, 1943-March 16, 2022

Gerald A. Karp, 78, Greensburg, formerly of Altoona, passed away Wednesday at Twin Lakes Rehabilitation Center in Greensburg. He was born in Altoona, the son of the late Aaron and Malvene (Goldberg) Karp. Gerald is survived by a very special cousin and his wife, Gerald “Jerry” and Joan Bergstein. He was preceded in death by his brother, Allen Karp. Gerald was a member of Agudath Achim Synagogue. For many years you could find Gerald working at King’s Restaurant, helping to clean up and keep everything tidy. In his free time, he enjoyed shopping and going to the movies. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, March 21, 2022 at Agudath Achim Cemetery with Cantor Ben Maris. Arrangements are provided by the E.
