M. Dianne Macedonia April 2, 1944 – April 12, 2021 M. Dianne Macedonia, 77, Altoona, passed away Monday evening after a brief illness. Dianne was born in Alexandria, VA, daughter of the late George J. and Marjorie A. (Kelley) Kane. On January 30, 1969, she married Ronald F. Macedonia who survives. Surviving are her husband; and a sister, Margaret Mary Lockard and husband Stephen of Fairfax, VA; nieces and nephews: Jack Kane, Brande Cipolloni, Christopher Lockard and Ryan Lockard. She was preceded in death by a brother, George M. Kane and a sister, Trudi Kay Kane. Dianne was a 1963 graduate of Altoona High School and was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and Christian Mothers. Dianne enjoyed spending time with her family and with her cats. She was also an avid reader. Friends will be received from 10-11a.m. Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2716 Broad Avenue, Altoona, PA 16601, where a funeral Mass will follow at 11 a.m. officiated by Fr. James Dugan. Committal will be at Calvary Cemetery.
