Mike MoselThursday, June 2, 2022Mike Mosel, 73, of Midlothian, Va., passed away peacefully after a severe illness Thursday, June 2, 2022, at his home. He was born in Altoona, son of the late George and Alma Mosel.Mike was preceded in death by his parents, George and Alma Mosel; his son, Matthew and his siblings: Cathy Brewer and Gary Mosel.Surviving are his wife, Peggy Mosel of Midlothian, Va.; sons, Ryan Mosel of Arlington, Va. and Michael Mosel of Mt. Pleasant, S.C.; daughter-in-law, Brett Mosel of Mt. Pleasant, S.C.; siblings: George Mosel and his wife, Mary of Harrisburg, Connie Dengler and her husband, Jim of Hummelstown, and Tim Mosel and his wife, Connie of Altoona; grandchildren: Avery Mosel and Reese Mosel of Mt. Pleasant, S.C.Mike grew up in Altoona and graduated from Altoona Area High School. He was a successful business professional as a retail manager for several national retail store chains and retired in 2016. He was an avid golfer and casual poker player who loved spending time with his close friends and family members.
