Phyllis J. Scott May 7, 1931 – March 8, 2022

Phyllis J. Scott, 90, Altoona, passed away Tuesday at UPMC Altoona. Phyllis was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Charles R. and Naomi M. (Quenzler) Chipperfield. She is survived by two daughters: JoAnn W. Noel-Graham of Woodstock, VA and Joyce W. Caldwell of Sterling, VA; a son, John W. Scott III of Long, SC; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters: Shirley Halfpenny and Sharon Johnson of Altoona; and a brother, Charles Chipperfield, Jr. of Altoona. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Janette Kibler and a sister, Elizabeth Arsenault. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by E.
